Due to the personalized nature of our custom charm jewelry, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customized pieces. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Ready-to-Wear Jewelry – 30-Day Return Policy
We gladly accept returns for ready-to-wear items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In its original packaging
Return Process
- Reason for Return: Customers must provide a reason for the return request.
- Quality Issues: If the return is due to a quality issue, we require photo proof of the defect.
- Approval & Refund: Once approved, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Exchange Policy
Custom Jewelry – No Exchanges
Since customized pieces are made specifically for you, we do not accept exchanges for personalized jewelry. Please double-check all details before placing your order.
Ready-to-Wear Jewelry – 30-Day Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for ready-to-wear items within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A reason for exchange must be provided.
- We can exchange the item for a different product; however, due to the popularity of our range, we cannot guarantee that the requested size will be in stock at the time of exchange.
- We do not set items aside for exchanges.
Exchange Process
- Quality Issues: If the exchange is due to a quality defect, we require photo proof. Once verified, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
- Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange an item for a different design or size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Any price differences will be adjusted accordingly. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit instead.
